Welcome to JustIntoAI.com, operated by Justin Blaine Watson (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our products or services, including the AI Front Desk Setup and AI Front Desk Monthly Subscription, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our services.


1) Overview of Services

JustIntoAI.com provides business automation, AI integration, and marketing systems, including but not limited to:

  • AI Front Desk automation setup and configuration
  • Missed-call text-back workflows
  • Appointment scheduling integrations
  • AI receptionist features
  • Consultation and training sessions

All services are offered digitally and delivered remotely. No physical goods are shipped.

2) Payment Terms

Setup Fee

A one-time onboarding and implementation fee of $1,000 is required before service activation. This covers:

  • Initial consultation
  • Full system setup and integration
  • Configuration of automations and workflows
  • Personalized training and onboarding

Monthly Subscription

The AI Front Desk Monthly Service is billed at $497 per month following a 30-day free trial period.
Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled.


3) 30-Day ROI Guarantee (Refund Policy)

We stand behind our services and offer a 100% refund guarantee on the $1,000 setup fee if the Client does not experience a positive ROI (Return on Investment) within 30 days of activation.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Client must have completed the onboarding call and launched their AI Front Desk system.
  • Client must provide reasonable documentation showing lack of ROI (e.g., call logs or customer data).
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of onboarding to support@justintoai.com.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


4) Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their monthly subscription at any time by emailing support@justintoai.com or through their Stripe customer portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
There are no cancellation fees.

Setup fees already completed and refunded under the ROI guarantee are final and non-repeatable.


5) Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
  • Maintain access to the communication tools required for setup (e.g., email, phone, calendar).
  • Not misuse, resell, or redistribute our systems without written permission.
  • Use the automation tools only for lawful business purposes.

Failure to cooperate or provide necessary access may delay project timelines and waive the ROI guarantee.


6) Intellectual Property

All proprietary content, scripts, workflows, designs, and documentation created by JustIntoAI.com remain the property of Justin Blaine Watson unless explicitly transferred in writing.

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the systems created for their own business use.

You may not copy, replicate, or resell any materials, scripts, or frameworks developed by us without written consent.


7) Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Blaine Media Pro LLC or JustIntoAI.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use of our services.

Total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to the Company within the past 12 months.


8) No Guarantees of Specific Results

While we strive to help each client achieve measurable business growth, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as exact sales volume, lead counts, or revenue increases.
Our guarantee applies only to the ROI refund terms stated in Section 3.


9) Confidentiality

We respect your business data and privacy.
All information shared during setup, strategy calls, or support sessions is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing agreed services.


10) Third-Party Integrations

Some features rely on third-party tools such as OpenPhone, Calendly, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Stripe amd several others that are within our current tool stack. Other tools and software may be implemented at any time in the future.
By using our services, you agree to their respective Terms of Service as well.

We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or performance issues caused by third-party software or APIs.


11) Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any client account without refund if:

  • Payment is overdue beyond 15 days,
  • The client engages in unethical or illegal use of our tools, or
  • The client breaches any of these Terms.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
The most current version will always be posted on this page, with an updated Last Revised date.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County,Florida.
